Now Accepting New Patients Your health and well-being are our top priorities. To provide the best possible care, we do not work directly with or bill insurance companies. However, you may use your FSA or HSA, and superbills are available upon request to submit for out-of-network benefits.

Medicare Notice We proudly care for patients 65 and older as non-participating Medicare providers. For wellness visits, you are welcome to receive care as a practice member. If you have an active complaint (pain-related issue), we will collect payment at the time of service (up to the allowable amount), and Medicare will reimburse you according to their guidelines.
